Product Manager – RCA / ML Platform

APPLY NOW

We are building an AI native root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting platform for industrial operations, starting with highvalue, complex manufacturing environments like semiconductor fabs. As Product Manager, you will own the end to end product lifecycle for our RCA, ML product line & Data platform – from problem definition and roadmap to launch, adoption, and iteration.

You will work closely with customers, founders, data/ML, engineering, and UI to turn messy operational problems into clear product requirements & features . This is a high ownership role in an early stage startup where your decisions will directly shape what we build and how quickly we get to product market fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the RCA, ML & Data platform, aligned with company and customer goals.

  • Deeply understand customer workflows (alerts, incidents, excursions, yield issues) and translate them into clear problem statements and product requirements & features.

  • Partner with Sales, engineering, data/ML, and design to decide what to build, prioritize the backlog, and ship impactful features on a predictable cadence.

  • Work with ML and data teams to shape RCA capabilities: data sources to support, model outputs users see, feedback loops, and evaluation metrics.

  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to define the “why” and “what” and to design intuitive workflows for investigation, triage, and root cause exploration.

  • Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, time to root cause, incident resolution time, user engagement) and use them to drive prioritization.

  • Run customer discovery and validation: interviews, pilots, usability sessions, and onsite visits; feed learnings back into roadmap and design.

  • Align stakeholders across sales, CS, and leadership, clearly communicating tradeoffs, priorities, and product decisions.

  • Stay on top of ML / observability / industrial analytics trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and differentiation.

Must Have Qualifications :

  • 4–8 years of product management experience in B2B software, with at least 2+ years on data, ML, analytics, or platform products.

  • Strong track record of owning a product/area end to end: discovery, PRD/specs, execution with engineering, and postlaunch iteration.

  • Ability to work with technical teams (data engineers, ML engineers), you are comfortable discussing data pipelines, model outputs, and APIs, even if you don’t write the code

  • Experience prioritizing under constraints using clear frameworks (impact vs effort, customer value, strategic fit) and saying “no” when needed.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills,  can turn complex technical capabilities into simple narratives and workflows for customers and internal teams.

  • High ownership, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity in an early stage startup environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with products in observability, incident management, DevOps, data platforms, or industrial / manufacturing analytics.

  • Exposure to root cause analysis, causal inference, or reliability/quality engineering workflows.

  • Background working with industrial, IoT, or semiconductor data (equipment logs, sensor streams, MES, yield data, etc.).

  • Prior experience as a founder, early PM, or first PM in a startup.

Location and Work Setup

  • Location: Bengaluru, IN

  • Employment: Fulltime

What You Get

  • A front row seat in building a category defining RCA / ML platform for industrial operations.

  • Ownership of a critical product area with direct access to customers and leadership.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
